being a commercial helicopter pilot
From sharing happiness to serving in cirtical missions - let me share my journey on the way to becoming a professional helicopter pilot.
MY JOURNEY
After I got my PPL (Private Pilot License) in Summer 2018, I wanted to gain as much different experience as possible within the second module (building the required hours for the commercial part) of the training.
So I went to see flight schools and operators in Canada, USA, Italy, France, Austria and Switzerland. I completed the CPL (Commercial Pilot License) training in Italy during the first half of 2020 and I am working currently as a freelancer, offering sightseeing flights around Augsburg and the Alps.
Since summer 2021, I got my instructor rating and I looking forward to share what I have already learned so far.
Enjoy the impressions below and get in touch if you would like to get more information - I am happy to share how I got these things going.

YOU ARE THINKING OF BECOMING A HELICOPTER PILOT?
So you may have questions like...
How much time is needed to complete the whole training? Can I do it in addition to a full-time job?
Which flight school fits best for me? Are there country specific differences?
I can help you in finding answers for these question. I would like to let you benefit from my training experience in Europe, Canada and the USA.
